atk1.0 1.12.4-3 (has udeb) fixes all translations

        Hi,

 The tarball of atk 1.12.4 combined a recent autoconf with obsolete
 glib-gettext macros; this caused the translations dir to be incorrect
 in the resulting binaries, and this is fixed in 1.12.4-3.

 This source has an udeb and fjp is concerned that adding to etch it
 creates a version skew between the installer and etch; he calls for a
 release team decision on this subject.

 It seems the translations are not visible in d-i.

 My personal preference goes to unblocking the udeb and living with the
 version skew.

 Could you please consider this problem and perhaps unblock atk1.0
 1.12.4-3?
