perhaps I am not imaginative enough but I cannot see how for the usage
cases where the old and the new execdir behavior differ the old
execdir behavior can actually be used in a sane way. ;-)
Anyway I guess I shouldn't have let this commit sit in my SVN working
directory so long if I really wanted it in etch.
