I've just uploaded penguin_19-3. The only change is that it makes a file (PenguinPrefs.hqx) available directly in the os as well as in a disk image. The file itself didn't even change, just added an additional copy. This has no impact on etch, but does make it easier for some people to install m68k/mac. (This is due to an actual user request.)
