Freeze reason for display-dhammapada

Dear Release Team,

my package (http://packages.qa.debian.org/d/display-dhammapada.html)
display-dhammapada 0.23-4 is in unstable since 16 days. What is the
reason that it is still freezed and not migrated to testing?

I've found out only following information:

"Why is package X not in testing yet?
Checking display-dhammapada

* trying to update display-dhammapada from 0.23-3 to 0.23-4
  (candidate is 16 days old)
* display-dhammapada is in freeze; contact debian-release if
  update is needed "

I would like it to replace 0.23-3 as this version does not work
properly.
