Unblock qsf 1.2.6-1 and optipng 0.5.5-1

Hi release managers!

Could you unblock two packages for me, please?
One is qsf 1.2.6-1, fixing a problem that could cause undelivered mail on systems with a lot of users and emails.
The other one is optipng 0.5.5-1
It's a bug fix release too (fixing some bugs on the colors of the
optimized PNGs).
