request for unblock of minicom 2.2-5

Hi,

minicom 2.2-4 is in testing, 2.2-5 in unstable for 34 days. Minimal
changes, a localization bugfix only, see attached interdiff. Please
unblock minicom 2.2-5 for transition into testing.
