The updated spampd package has been in sid for >10days now with no new
bug reports. The only changes relative to v2.30-15 (the version in Etch)
are:
- Add versioned depends on libnet-server-perl
- Remove Debian-specific workaround for a regression in Sarge's
  libnet-server-perl
