+ php5 | php5-cgi | libapache2-mod-php5 | libapache-mod-php5 |
+ php4 (>=4:4.1.2-6) | php4-cgi (>=4:4.1.2-6), php5-imap | php4-imap,

Why is this not listed as php5 | php4 (>= 4:4.1.2-6)? This looks like an
unnecessarily complex list of or'ed dependencies.

The diff also includes new files debian/phpgroupware.docs and
debian/phpgroupware.install which aren't documented in the changelog. Why
are these added?

Steve Langasek Give me a lever long enough and a Free OS
Debian Developer to set it on, and I can move the world.
