Please allow latest debian-cd (v3.0.0) into etch

Hi guys,

As we're getting close to release, it's that time again - please
unblock the latest debian-cd for me (v3.0.0).

The diff is substantial, so I'm not attaching it here. We've been
using the new version for weeks for producing the official images, so
we know it works, and (as always) the main point of the debian-cd
package is to get a close approximation of current software into the
archive. No rdeps or expected breakage, I promise! :-)
