Dear release team, please unblock hevea 1.09-3. The changes in this version with respect to the version currently in testing are: - two fixes in the manpages (closes Bug#402064 and Bug#402065) - updated NEWS.Debian wih a note on command line options that are no longer supported (no bug filed) - added a style file for cyrillic input, closes Bug#404474). This is taken from upstream cvs but backported to the style file structure of version 1.09. Hence, it is a conservative modification and won't break anything. The bug submiter has confirmed that it works fine. Thanks -Ralf. --
