please allow hylafax 2:4.3.1-3 into etch

Hi Release Team,
I just read the announcement of the freeze and I am very glad of that,
but I wish you would allow for hylafax 2:4.3.1-3 to be migrated from
unstable into etch.

This new version is different from the one currently in testing in many
ways:

1. it is a new upstream version that has been uploaded to experimental
and then unstable starting from 2006-11-23. The new version fixes about
50 bugs reported upstream;

2. the Debian packages fix all those bugs:

important: 369756
normal: 402171, 402018, 309684, 388907, 387748, 363464
wishlist: 370420
l10n: 400029

moreover, I think that 402018 should have been filed as important as
well;
