binNMU for libdbi-ocaml-dev

Hi,

the libdbi-ocaml-dev package is not installable, but its build
dependencies can be satisfied and it rebuilds fine on my system.  So
could you please try a binNMU for this package ?

# apt-get install  libdbi-ocaml-dev

Since you only requested a single operation it is extremely likely that
the package is simply not installable and a bug report against
that package should be filed.
