As above. Changes are limited to:
* adding debian/README.Debian, explaining a few bits about how to use
the package;
* editing debian/control for "documentation" (really, add two packages
to Recommends:, as explained in README.Debian, and add a few lines to
a Description: to point the user to README.Debian.
These are minor things. If my mailbox is any indication, however, they
are sorely needed; apparently, many people don't quite understand how to
properly use these packages.
