ming update for Etch (2nd try)

Oops. This slipped out before I mentioned the RC bug that is fixed. It
is #402897, which is severity grave.

I've uploaded an RC fix for the ming package as ming_0.3.0-10. This
needs to make it into Etch. Currently, it is waiting on perl & libpng
updates as well.

Do I need to do anything further, or is this message enough to make
sure it is on the right list to be included?
