please hint spong 2.7.7-16 for etch

Hi,

please consider upgrade to 2.7.7-16 as it solves the bug #401783 and is only a 
l10n fix.

 spong (2.7.7-16) unstable; urgency=medium

   * Update french translation, thanks Michel Grentzinge (Closes: #401783).
   * updated translations with debconf-updatepo
   * insert cleanup for backups of debconf-updatepo into clean target
