Please remove telepathy from testing and unblock dbus

Hi,

  DBus 1.0.2-1 was uploaded a few days ago with as only changed a
  security fix, a change that was already in the debian package and some
  documentation updates. Please let this version go through to testing.

  Furthermore some parts of the telepathy stack reached testing, but as
  telepathy is currently quite fast-moving and as there are now end-user
  applications in etch using it doesn't really make sense to release it
  with etch. The relevant source packages are telepathy-gabble and
  libtelepathy2
