auctex update
This is an architecture all package which shouldn't have dependencies
difficulties.
Testing has 11.83-2.1, and I (the package maintainer) ask you to allow
the transition to testing of 11.83-4, which is now in unstable (relevant
changelog bits below).
Depending on how fast we are to solve them, there are a couple of bugs
more which might warrant an 11.83-5 later on.
