So... it seems that it migrated to testing... otoh:

$ rmadison libxslt
libxslt | 1.0.16-0.2 |     oldstable | source
libxslt |   1.1.12-8 |        stable | source
libxslt |   1.1.18-1 |       testing | source
libxslt |   1.1.18-1 |      unstable | source

I don't get it...
