Well, pdftohtml depends on poppler-utils, which however conflicts even
with the current version of pdftohtml - hence, pdftohtml gets
uninstallable. What needs to happen is that poppler-utils only conflicts
with non-transitional versions of pdftohtml.
And: Thank you for actively reducing the amount of work for the security
team.
