update settings for cynthiune.app (fwd)
I sent this email to the ia64 buildd admin about two weeks ago, and it
looks like w-b still hasn't been updated for cynthiune.app on ia64.
Can someone look into this? The ia64 build is the only thing keeping
cynthiune.app out of testing, AFAICT.

build-depend on libavifile-0.7-dev on ia64. Can you remove the
dep-wait flag on ia64 for cynthiune.app?
