Re: Usertags missing?
Shouldn't the usertags be visible on the actual bug report?
Look at:

There are no indications that it has the 'nonfree-doc rfc' usertags
set. Is that correct?

The bug is mentioned with the tags.
However, if you click on the bugs I own, the tags are not visible:

I don't recall usertags working like this before.
