boost 1.33.1-7 already accounts icu 3.6 using libicu36-dev | libicu34-dev
build dependency [0]. boost 1.33.1-7 is being progressively built by
the various autobuilders.

[0] this surprisingly resulted in FTBFS until libicu36-dev has been
uploaded to unstable, i expected buildd to peek libicu34-dev in case
the first was not found. any explaination?
