Well, fair enough.  In that case, since this conflict appears to be with a
file from libffi-dev, the bug should be assigned to libffi-dev requesting
that it conflict/replace libffi.  It's definitely not RC though, since
libffi was removed from the archive in April 2001 and was never in a stable
release.
