epiphany-browser testing status.

Hi team,

I think epiphany-browser[0] (23 days old, no RC bugs),
epiphany-extensions and gwget2 are valid candidates to enter testing.
epiphany-browser isn't building on m68k , but... :-)

Thoughts?
