Hinting request: rpy, r-base

Hi,

r-base (10 days, complete) is waiting for rpy (8 days, now also complete),
and they are `tied' so I would welcome 'hinting' so that they can gp in
together on Monday or Tuesday (or whenever rpy is deemed ready).
