The version should be

  . 2.1.1-2  iff you're the maintainer and this version hasn't been used yet
  . 2.1.1-1.2 iff you're not the maintainer and this version hasn't been used yet
  . 2.1.1-1.1sarge1 otherwise (or 2.1.1-1.1.sarge1)
