Hint request for SCIM packages

Hello release managers,

scim had an SONAME change after sarge release, and was involved in both
of the libstdc++ transitions, but now it seems the affected packages are
finally ready to enter testing.

I believe the following packages need to go into testing together to
avoid uninstallable issues:

scim/1.4.2-1, scim-tables/0.5.5-1, scim-uim/0.1.3-3(+b1?),
scim-hangul/0.1.2-2(+b1?), scim-m17n/0.1.3-2,
scim-chewing/0.2.1-2(+b1?), mlterm/2.9.2-5(+b1?)

The youngest package among them is scim-m17n which is 10 days old now.
All other packages depending on scim are currently not in testing and
should follow once scim is in.

Please add appropriate hint for them.
