Long time no report, so here I am again with some analysis of what's holding 101 security fixes out of testing. The executive summary: Unsuprisingly, glibc is causing a lot of blockage right now, but suprisingly the other ongoing transitions are not causing many problems. ICEs, hppa borkage, s390 needs-requeue, and some mising uploads for arm are also common. Several fixes have been blocked for a month or more. asterisk blocked by unixodbc which is blocked by several packages that are too young to reach testing. Might get unblocked within 4 days. centericq blocked by glibc which is 5/10 days old and needs to be hinted as it's frozen due to producing udebs cgiwrap too young to go in and blocked by glibc clamav too young and blocked by glibc and by gnutls12 which has an RC bug courier 9/10 days old, missing sparc and ia64 builds ekg 1/2 days old, missing hppa build, blocked by glibc fftw3 3/10 days old, missing hppa and m68k builds, bocked by glibc gaim 0/2 days old, blocked by glibc and xorg-x11, which has RC bugs and is also blocked by selinux (Note that this is a remote hole) gedit 7/10 day old, blocked by glibc, aspell, and gnome krb5 28 days old FTBFS on m68k due to gcc ICE, needs followup libphysfs 27 days old needs requeue on s390 metar 1/10 days old, blocked by glibc mozilla 7/10 days old has RC bugs, but note that this new version includes 9 security fixes blocked by glibc by way of xorg-x11 mozilla-firefox 5/10 days old has RC bugs, but this new version fixes 13 holes including remote holes blocked by glibc by way of xorg-x11 mozilla-thunderbird 5/10 days old blocked by glibc mysql-dfsg-4.1 FTBFS net-snmp blocked by perl, which FTBFS on some arches netdiag 7/10 day old missing m68k build openmotif 72 days old Non-free package with old buils on several arches that will not get rebuilt unless done manually.
