Upload syslog-ng to the stable
Hi!
I want to upload a new version of syslog-ng package to the stable
release because of two very annoying bug.
First is that in default installation syslog-ng complains about
unaccepted value of CONSOLE_LOG_LEVEL and KERNEL_RINGBUF_SIZE and the
second one is also misused.
The next one is more important that the first, because it's prevent
syslog-ng to run after upgrades.
Both problem fixed in the unstable version for a while, without problem.

* Check if CONSOLE_LOG_LEVEL and KERNEL_RINGBUF_SIZE has value and not
complain about wrong value if not. (Closes: #296315, #304215)
* Removed KERNEL_RINGBUF_SIZE option. (Closes: #298022)
* Restart syslog-ng manually and start it only if installed and not
upgraded so syslog-ng will run after upgrade (Closes: #297190)
