        Hi,

 In response to my request, I was pointed on IRC to the following pages:

 I'll write a script which checks these pages when building packages so
 that I get an automatic warning of dangerous uploads if more than a
 couple of packages are already stalled.

 If you have other metrics that can be checked automatically, please let
 me know.
