hints for libkexif0 -> libkexif1

Hello,

AFAIU digikam and showimg don't enter testing because libkexif1
can't enter testing because it breaks the digikam and showimg in
testing that depend on libkexif0.

Please hint following pkgs to enter sarge together 

digikam=0.7.2-2
showimg=0.9.4.1-1
kipi-plugings=0.1+beta2-20
digikamimageplugins=0.7.2-3
libkexif=0.2.1-2		# creates: libkexif1=0.2.1-2 and libkexif1-dev=0.2.1-2

Yougest pkg of the above list is showimg that was uploaded
12 days ago (6-Apr).  update_excuses has no entry for showimg
which is strange but I can't find a reason why showimg should
not enter testing.

After this transition the debs libkexif0 and libkexif0-dev
can be removed (not the source libkexif) from testing and unstable.
I'll file a bug to ftp-master after the transition.
