Please push cernlib 2004.11.04-3 into testing despite missing arm build

Dear release managers,

Could you please push the latest version of cernlib into testing without
waiting for the missing arm build?  All other arches have it up-to-date
(the most recent, sparc, uploaded it this morning:
http://buildd.debian.org/stats/sparc-all.txt , so it should be in the
archive this afternoon).  As I mentioned in private email to one of you
(SL) already, this release fixes a number of tempfile-related local
vulnerabilities.
