Please allow mutt 1.5.6-20040907+3 into sarge

Hello!

  The last mutt upload to unstable fixes a couple of important bugs.
  Changes have been kept to a minimum to target sarge, please allow the
  migration when you consider appropriate.

  Summary of the changes:

    - fix imap-related segfaults on ia64 (1 line patch, reporter
      confirms it fixes the bug)

    - prevent decrypt-save from loosing mail when a wrong password is
      supplied (5 line patch, tested by me)

    - update header cache patch to make mutt talk to broken IMAP servers
      (5 line patch, snippet is copied from existing mutt code)

    - remove the upstream bug reporting scripts, since their BTS was
      closed (patch here is larger, but it just replaces the scripts
      their manpages with notices informing of the BTS being down)
