This package is not frozen, it's waiting in the NEW queue because you've introduced a new binary package in this version. I would strongly recommend that you not couple release-critical changes with extraneous changes requiring ftpmaster intervention. In this particular instance, getting ngspice processed through NEW is not a priority for the release team, since this package is not in testing at present and is therefore not a release blocker. -- Steve Langasek postmodern programmer
