rspfd : You can remove this package

Hello,
  I was just going over my packages around release time and noticed that
rspfd was still in sarge.  You can easily drop this package and nothing
should depend on it.  I have had it RFA for over a year and just put in
a bug to ftp.debian.org to have it removed.
