If you are build-depending on kernel-tree-2.6.8-15 and kernel-tree-2.4.27-8,
this means that you are ensuring in your debian/rules that you get those
exact patch levels of the tree, right?  In that case, there is no license
requirement that you rebuild against the latest trees; it would be
appreciated if you did so in order to remove one more TODO item from the
security team's list.
