If it is certain that non-US is empty on release date, lets make the text
a bit stronger:

<p>For the &releasename; release, all packages that were formerly in the
non-US part of the archive have been moved into the regular archive.
If you have any lines referring to "non-us" in your
<file>/etc/apt/sources.list</file>, you should remove them as there is
a chance that non-us.debian.org will be shut down in the future.</p>
