Please allow gettext 0.14.1-11 or 0.14.4-2

Hi.

There is a RC bug in gettext (#307749), which is still unfixed in sarge.

To have it fixed, either 0.14.1-11 or 0.14.4-2 should be allowed in testing.
This is the info from update-excuses:

     * gettext_tpu (0.14.1-10 to 0.14.1-11)
          + Maintainer: Santiago Vila
          + Not touching package, as requested by freeze (contact
            debian-release if update is needed)
          + NEEDS APPROVAL BY RM
          + Not considered
     * gettext (0.14.1-10 to 0.14.4-2)
          + Maintainer: Santiago Vila
          + 13 days old (needed 5 days)
          + Not touching package, as requested by freeze (contact
            debian-release if update is needed)
          + Not considered

Changes in 0.14.1-11 relative to 0.14.1-10 are the same as changes
in 0.14.4-2 relative to 0.14.4-1. The "verbose" changelog entries
are in 0.14.4-2:

gettext (0.14.4-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Moved libgettextpo from gettext-base to gettext, where it belongs.
    As libgettextpo depends on libgettextlib, which is in gettext, this
    should remove an undeclared (and undesired) dependency of
    gettext-base on gettext (Closes: #307749). The blender package
    should work again if their dependencies are installed.
    Thanks to Steve Langasek for the report.
  * Moved Provides: libgettextpo0 from gettext-base to gettext.
  * gettext now Replaces: gettext-base (<= 0.14.4-1).
  * Moved the libgettextpo bit of shlibs in gettext-base to gettext.

The changes in 0.14.4-1 from 0.14.1-10 are as follows:

gettext (0.14.4-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.

gettext (0.14.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release.
  * Added watch file.

 -- Santiago Vila <sanvila@debian.org>  Thu, 31 Mar 2005 19:11:02 +0200

gettext (0.14.2-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream (bugfix) release.
  * The Debian diff is small again.
  * The copyright file is now in UTF-8.
  * A lot of files have relaxed licensing terms.
  * Improved manual about eval_gettext (Closes: #279992).
  * gettext.sh is now both a shell function library and a shell script,
    so /usr/share/gettext/gettext.sh is dropped (Closes: #292759).

I would like to see 0.14.4-2 in sarge because of the changes in 0.14.2-1.
I am well aware that none of the changes is RC by itself, but IMHO,
when considered together, they make the release of gettext in unstable
to be in a much better shape than version 0.14.1-11 in proposed-updates.

Version 0.14.4 has been in unstable since 14th April, and it is still
a 0.14.x release, so any serious bug it might contain is surely a bug
in the testing version as well (as it happened with Bug #307749 itself).

[ The debdiff tool will probably show a lot of changed lines, but they are
  mostly the result of using new auto* tools and the new licensing terms on
  a lot of files ].

So I humbly ask that 0.14.4-2 is considered for sarge instead of 0.14.1-11.

Thanks.
