Approved for testing, although (for the next upload) it would really be nice
if you would re-enable that test suite; test suites are among the *best*
ways that autobuilders can be spending their time, and we should be putting
more of them into our packages, not less of them. :/  Particularly for
packages susceptible to per-arch breakage, as subversion is (given its use
of BDB).
