Please consider gforge 3.1-31 for sarge

  Hi,

gforge has 3.1-30 in Sarge, 3.1-31 in Sid.  The only change between
-30 and -31 is a fix for bug #306316, which was marked important but
could prevent the installation of Gforge in cases where the PostgreSQL
server runs in a non-C locale and could hence arguably be considered
underseveritied.  -31 is 10 days old, and has received no new bugs
since it was uploaded.

  I suggest that gforge 3.1-31 be allowed (or "made") to propagate to
Sarge.
