That may be true, but there are more changes than the release team can be
expected to review.  If these fixes weren't important enough for you to
mention in the debian changelog, they're not important enough to warrant a
freeze exception.  Please provide a package that includes only the RC
bugfixes.

It is not helpful to everyone else when the release team is spending its
time reviewing low-priority changes instead of working on release-critical
problems.
