Please allow kaffe 1.1.5-3 into testing

Hi,

please allow kaffe 2:1.1.5-3 into testing as the last missing
architecture (hppa) has been built successfull yesterday.

This version fixes several bugs although only one of
them (#262595) is of severity important.

However, there are bugs of normal severity fixed in this release
which I personally regard also as important, as for example they allow
to run tomcat4 on kaffe again (#298314, #300468)
