Please allow potracegui 1.3-2 into sarge

Hi,
please allow this version to enter sarge after the 5 day period.

potracegui (1.3-2) unstable; urgency=medium

  * Urgency medium, cause without this fix package is almost unusable
    for people using German locale.
  * Closes: #303718: translated text is passed as option to potrace
		
The package has priority optional, bug has severity important, fixed
version is already in unstable.
