Please, hint proftp 1.2.10-11 for sarge
Ok, I missed the date, as in my best tradition. A couple of important
fixes should go into sarge:
* Added copy of the missed ftpquota command in debian/rules.
And yes, its man page is missing yet, it needs to be written from scratch :-/

* Updated patch 22.mod_delay.c.diff to manage an important mod_delay problem
which causes a segfault and DOS.

Previous patch needs revision. Incidentally this solves also the automake
cache inclusion.

A few notes:
ftpquota is a script which is useful in common administration. Missing it would be
considered an important bug by the most of the admins (or at least all those who
use quotas).
The updated patch 21 and 22 are needed to solve a couple of important (the very first
probably serious) issues recently corrected.
The last one also correct an important issue which could not allow connection to an LDAP server
when TLS is used, and renders the module unusable.
