Between the apparent security fix and the fact that 4.10 has otherwise
survived several months in unstable without other major problems, I've
approved 4.12 into testing.

From what I can tell from the bug log, this bug should still be left open
for further investigation from the security team, to determine if it also
affects woody.

Emailing debian-release and letting us know that there's an RC bugfix
pending is fairly persuasive in the general case. ;)
