gcc-defaults will have another upload for a tightened dependency on
gcc-3.3.
Need to clarify the outstanding mips report with Thiemo Seufer.

these should go to sarge, they were uploaded to tpu, but not built on
all architectures. python-defaults has a FTBFS, python2.3 a regression
introduced in 2.3.4-2, which is fixed in -13.

should stay in unstable, however bash-2.05b-24 is uploaded to tpu, but
not built on all architectures.

all these can go in, but don't have to.
Missing is capi4hylafax, which should be re-added once the mips build
is done.
