libsoundtouch0 and libsoundtouch0-dev are not built from ardour anymore.
Please remove from testing and unstable. They block ardour from entering
testing.
Both packages were removed from the arodur sources in an important
library consolidation effort for ardour. Ardour is built against
libsoundtouch1 and libsoundtouch1-dev which are built from the "real"
upstream libsoundtouch source and not from an old, unmaintained
and buggy source shipped with ardour.
