$ grep-excuses sear
sear (- to 0.5.0-3)
    Maintainer: Michael Koch
    23 days old (needed 10 days)
    out of date on arm: sear (from 0.4.6-3)
    Not considered
    Depends: sear mercator
    Depends: sear sear-media (not considered)
$

Removing cyphesis-cpp will have no effect on sear's eligibility for
sarge. If and when sear is built on arm, we can reevaluate whether
cyphesis-cpp needs to be removed -- but this is only likely if there is
a bug in *cyphesis-cpp* causing it to not be built on arm.
