How to handle RC bugs against non-US?

Hi.

I'm somewhat confused about how to handle RC bugs against non-US
packages. This confusion lead me to close the RC bug against
erlang-slang which was removed from unstable. An older version
of this package is still in non-US, though, because it was moved from
non-US to unstable before beiing removed. Is it save to assume that
non-US will deleted completly before sarge releases or should I reopen
the bug?

(If the former is true, would it be ok to tag all non-US RC bugs "sid"
to get them out of sight when searching for "real" problems?)

Gruesse,
