The previous cupsys transition was painful because at the time, gcrypt7
did not have versioned symbols.

For this upcoming transition, there should no longer be a need to rename
the cupsys library package.  Therefore, in spite of its ugliness, the
best approach from a release standpoint is to keep the
libcupsys2-gnutls10 package name.
